Moved to Greater Atlanta, GA in 2000 with his mother, sister and younger brother, he expanded his coaching and consulting services with his extensive background in the human resources and human capital solutions arena and has dedicated much of his focus to change management and organizational development. He helped companies develop and execute their strategies and teach them how to profit by taking an active approach with the worldwide Spanish speaking markets which primarily include the US Hispanic and all Latin America. With his 25 years as a business executive and entrepreneurial professional in Latin America and in US Corporate America developing outstanding practices for national and international business corporations in related areas of Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Technology.

He has assisted clients as a Spanish Business Consultant in the industry with his experience working in international logistics business as well as with a world renowned cross-cultural agency; Roberto has developed specialized curricula for Spanish language and cultural training programs. He utilizes his experience in coaching and human development to assist students in realizing and moving forward their passions.

He has focused on multiple business ventures throughout his professional career, which have provided him with an expertise in business development, sales and marketing that have been expanded internationally with his current project with some Middle Eastern Countries with a new organization in Meeting & Incentive Travel Industry for Executives.

He has been involved in the coaching field since 1995, has over 20,000 hours of coaching experience with both individuals and groups, including providing executive coaching to clients overseas. He brings a distinct gift of taking individuals on a unique journey in order to fully engage personal self-actualization sensors. His special interest in the business and coaching domains include: coaching in, and designing and conducting workshops on, topics such as – leadership, building relationships, team members, mood management, performance management, conflict resolution and mediation, embracing diversity, and process consulting. He is a member of the International Coach Federation. He is also qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and also trained in the use of a number of Human Synergistics profiling tools including Life Styles Inventory and Group Styles Inventory. Roberto worked as an Executive in Training, Sales and Marketing projects in great countries of Latin America like Panamá, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Dominic Republic, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela and Colombia for 18 years where client satisfaction and quality results were paramount.

In addition to providing overall leadership for The Salomon Group, Roberto worked in the Finance/Mortgage Banking Industry with  two of the most prestige Fortune 500 Company in Atlanta.   One of those enterprises was selected, and benchmarked by being included in FORTUNE Magazine's list of the "The 100 Best Places to Work in America" by the Great Places To Work Institute of San Francisco, CA and also was selected as "The A+ Employers of Atlanta" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Roberto also served as a Board Member and between 2011-2012 he was the President of the National Association of Hispanics Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Atlanta Chapter as well as the 2009-2013 Marketing, Communications, Technology and PR Director and holds memberships with two top local and national human resources training organizations the National Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  His membership with these organizations provides him with the latest knowledge and technologies related with leadership, coaching, training and mentoring.  He also volunteers in several non-profit endeavors.

Since 2006, he has been active with all Real Estate Trade Association, serving on numerous committees and is currently on the Board of Directors at the FIABCI USA - Atlanta Council (International Read Estate Federation), working together with international real estate professionals, helping revive the local Council.

Roberto in his spare time personally mentors and advises tutors and high school students, since he enjoys supporting them and the teaching process itself. Having been through the entire Academic process from High School through to Graduate School as a very successful student, he is highly qualified to train and mentor  tutors and their students in academic and career matters. A main focus of his philosophy that he also applies in the business enviroment is to share knowledge an approach it to contribute to the world-wide conversations in an effective way to deal with change delivering far more effective learning processes.

Roberto holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from a very Competitive Engineering Program.

Prior to commencing work in his first US consultancy venture in 2000, he has a positive 21 years of Training and Motivational Speaker experience with international companies and schools. In 1994, he launched his own Training, Coaching and Consulting firm in his native Panamá, his clients list included organizations in government, as well local and international industry leaders in Hospitality, Health, Banking & Insurance Services, Technology, Telecommunications, Logistics and Transportation, Industrial Energy, Manufacturing Sector, and Corporate Training Management Services.
